For most International visitors, Indian cuisine is synonymous with Butter chicken and Naan bread. While these dishes are hugely popular there is so much more variety and awesomeness to Indian food. On this tour we want to showcase some of that awesomeness specifically from the under represented cuisines of Karnataka. While doing so we will engage in conversations about origins of different dishes and culture around food. On this trail we will pair food with some uniquely Indian alcoholic drinks and beer as well. We start our trip with a visit to a classic Bangalorean Bar to taste fast moving bar food. We then venture to try authentic local cuisine from two different regions of Karnataka. We end the night with the best paan in Bengaluru.
